That isn't evidence of him being Immature, that's evidence of him 'trying' (EMPHASIS ON TRYING) to be more mature.

You've only showed posts on the forums, and some of these were obvious jokes, such as the post with him supporting Zack's efforts as a moderator, and about Peter becoming owner.. it was an obvious joke.

If you are going to make a demote request for someone on a server, actually try to get ingame evidence of them abusing their powers on that server. If you show ban requests on him in the past that weren't accepted, I don't think it should determine whether or not this player should be demoted.
