Please use the Ban request template. also you can only get trusted seeing as you have never been an admin on the server before it goes Trusted -> operator -> Moderator -> Admin -> Super Admin at least that's how I think it goes. Another way to get people banned is by adding someone who can ban to your friends list so that way incase of an emergency you can get them on the sever
