How long have you had this position: I have had this position for about a week now.

Why do you deserve a promotion?: I deserver this promotion because I am one of the most active staff members and I am on a lot of the times when people RDM and I can't deal with them very well because I can't ban or kick without voting. Only the owners have admin powers and we all know they can't be on all the time as they have other important stuff to do. If I was admin I could make it so they wouldn't need to be messaged all day to deal with unruly players that I could deal with.

I can vouch for Jarva, I play alot on your servers and he is very active, well spoken and well mannered.
