Why does your character want access to Physgun/Props?: So I can furnish my home with appropriate belongings and create my own tools used to do the jobs I'm given by CCA units therefore not having to bother an Admin with it. Just generally help me envelop myself in the roleplay.

Not sure if this includes use of toolgun or if that's separate but the basics such as weld, etc would be most useful.
