What did this player do?: As well as being the most FailRp Person in the server who acts like he gets special "privileges" and kills people IC and has them permakilled for absolutely no reason whatsoever, he powergamed, Ignored my OOC, and forced me IC once again.


Evidence:
Although there is no video evidence, I was playing around in the sewers OOC, and they did shoot me and force me into a roleplay scenario.

Xhantium has disrupted the server lots of time and is very unloyal and not dedicated to this server, mainly because he has another position on Overwatch Gaming as a higher ranking unit, which means he has more power and he plays there more because there are more people, overall, he is a huge disruption to the roleplay that happens on our server and I personally do not think that he can roleplay at all, because he just begs and begs and gets what he wants without earning it, like his CCA rank, *cough* robocop *cough* and his rebel just killing people off because he saw them.

Plus support I remember one time me and xhan raided the nexus or what ever it is called in hl2rp and we spammed the NPCs for guns, Tokens, And backpacks we had so much stuff we were millionaires. I have been punished for it (9months back or something) and I dont remember xhan getting anything for it, So as this ban Req has proof of him doing something else that isnt allowedPlus support.

There is such thing as being somewhere ooc, but not just because you want to get out of rp, or got caught etc. Being somewhere "ooc" is strictly limited to when a staff is somewhere for an administrative situation. That being said, make sure you aren't power gaming. Also let it be known that the fact that he is high ranking on another server doesn't matter. He isn't staff here, so the fact that you brought it up is silly. Watch what you are doing xhantium, but there's no reason for a ban. DENIED.
