Why do you want to become a CCA Unit? I notice a horrid ratio of citizens and CPs, and I would like to play as a CP again. I used to be one on another server, which shut down.
What are your characters special abilities and disabilities? Richard knows when to involve himself in a situation and when not to. He is also very bright and can respond to a situation in a moment. However, he is not very strong or fast.
What kind of personality does your character give? Logical and rather boring. Sticks to a daily routine.
What are you expected to do in the CCA? Enforce the laws of the Combine and apprehend criminals.
How do you think the CCA will be like for you? It will be a fun experience OOCly, but ICly will be tough and certainly test the moral integrity of my character
Please write a back story of how your character became the CCA Unit you are(A Few good lines): Richard has been hopping around cities for quite a while now. City 2, City 7, City 9, City 14, all were rather peaceful and orderly cities. There was more freedom because the people respected the laws. City 18, however, is almost untamed, with unruly and immature citizens. The Combine were equally ruthless in punishing those who acted out. The equation civility equals freedom needed to be shown in C18 to make the city a better place. With a fairly even mix of wanting to save his own skin, and to protect the friends he's encountered in the city, Richard enlisted into the Civil Protection. Hopefully he could help make the city safer for those he cares about.

Pretty good, not a very lengthy back story which would definitely help , although it is consice. Everything else seems thought out.

Meh +support I may not play the server but I am a very expire fed played in hl2RP still I think "some" of these apps are week either that or it is my other community making me right 8 paragraphs anyways.
