I was just wondering if I could apply to the Helix division, which I'm assuming is the doctor position.

Helix is the medical division.

If you want to be in the Helix division you must get training from an OfC or EpU of Helix.
Or training from Nova, which I believe we don't have...

HELIX is the medical/healing division of the cca. To get in, you need to make a cca application here on the forums, if accepted you will start out as a recruit, and when you next rank up to an 05, you will be assigned a division. I am the divisional leader of helix, I'll remember that if you get accepted, good luck!
