Even though Building "Amazing" Things really destroys the point of the RP, where citizens literally have nothing. 90% Of the props on Gmod are blacklisted, including all props that could be building at all. Physgun and Prop access is mostly for lets say, a bed or coffee table in your apartment, as building ANYTHING in public is failRP.
