Now I may not be a regular player on flood, but I have to agree with rogue here. Why you definitely is one of the most important parts If not one of the hardest to write. I personally had a really difficult time writing mine for my serious rp member app. As for other criticism not really sure if serious rp hours are needed for this.

You may want to join the steam group i don't think its necessary but it will let you connect with other staff which is great. Also your Time spent on server (That i assume is flood) is 1530. That speaks for itself that you may want to punctuate that properly so its more clearer to read. I would assume that is how many hours you have but i just don't know. At any rate good luck with this app you sound like a very usefull edition to the flood staff team.
