How long have you had this position: 25th of August 2013

Why do you deserve a promotion?:I think I have done a well done as moderator and I do my best to play on Flood as well as DarkRP. In Flood it's easy for one guy to destroy the rest of the players experience on the server, if someone builds a shark everyone is screwed they destroy everyone, now I know I can kick them and if they continually rejoin I can't do much about it, that is why mainly why I'd like the power of an admin so that I can ban him instead of continually dealing with the same guy over and over arguing with him and so on.
