REMOVE AURAS. ALL THEY DO IS CAUSE LAG AND ARE EXTREMELY ANNOYING.

Also, figured I might as well suggest it again:

An organized list of demotions for the Staff list with dates, name, and reason for demotion. It would most definitely help keep track the current staff list and who was removed and why(to dissuade other future staff members from making the same mistake!)

Ex: 2014-10-16 Professor Titties was demoted from Admin due to resignation and being too damn sexy

Also included should be promotions.

Ex: 2014-10-16 Professor Titties was promoted to Trusted
