How long have you had this position: Since the January meeting which means about 6 months and 3 weeks according to when the meeting results thread was made. I do not even want to try figuring out how many hours I have had on the server since then, but I can assure you it is alot.

Why do you deserve a promotion?: Well, at long last I have decided to post one of these promotion thingies. Took a little convinving, but here it is.

I have been a part of Friendly Players for a little over a year and 3 months now. I did not apply for trusted until July of that year (2013), got rejected. Waited until September to apply again, I was trusted. Then I applied for operator in in October, got rejected. Applied again in January and was given the position I hold today. Now I have waited 6 months to apply for this because not getting those positions my first time around taught me something. I really need to know that I am ready for a promotion when I apply for one. I need to be completely confident in my abilities as staff to feel like I am ready to take the next step. I believe I am ready for that so called next step. In 6 months I have grown as a staff member, learned the rules inside and out, done my duty when it needed to be done, etc. I have decided that now is the time for this admin app, and I believe I am ready to be given the opportunity to grow even more as a staff member.

And I just wanted to take the time to thank you guys for being an awesome community, and if I do not recieve this position I will not be going anywhere. Admin or not, Jesse is here to stay. Whenever you + or - or +- support, just give a reason at least

Jesse is a good guy, fun to play with, great staff, and just amazing. He is an excellent staff member and him getting admin would only benefit the server. He has really increased his activity as of late and is more than willing to help out on the server and deal with troublemakers. Good luck man you really deserve this.

Jesse is one of the greatest guys I've met here. Definitely knows the ins and outs of the server and his powers, and could definitely help with more.

My only reservation is bans however. It's good to know how long each ban should be before hand, rather than learning on the job. Easy proof of knowing this is ban requests, either via the forums or Steam. Also, current admins can help here to by just asking how long a ban should be in game before the ban is placed. Though I'm sure this is all for naught since you've been here for over a year now, and probably picked up on punishments by now, and I'm half asleep while typing this and I'm done good night.
