Alright this might sound a little crazy, but what if we had some sort of like weekly or monthly sort of therapy thing. It could sort of help us come closer as not only staff but friends. We could help settle any problems we have with each other and just grow closer. Might stop people from resigning or wanting to resign for whatever reason. Just an idea

Suggestion: "beta" server.

Purpose: Back when I ran a Mincraft server, I always ran two servers. The main one(obviously) and a secondary one used specifically for testing plugins(or whatever). I did this to prevent breaking the server that people played on. There has been several times in the past where the server has either ended up broken or in an un-optimal state, and all it has done was pissed off the players.

This server could be locked down(requires password) or whitelist only, and can be unlisted, so people wont confuse it with the main server(all of these features are built into Gmod).
It could be used for:
Testing maps
Testing Plugins
Testing adjustments
Can be used as a reference, if the main server ever "breaks".

I'm pretty sure the server now is just one machine with each gamemode using a different port. If that is the case, it should be very easy to implement this.

Remove spec deathmatch.

What happpened to keeping customization down to a minimum? This is incredibily stupid and pointless. It just adds unnecessary crap that isn't needed.

Yeah seriously it barely effects the game play. Just dont do !dm or whatever the command will be. I know I wont. Was like the only one who voted against it and will never play it.
