Derpy has been a great player of what I've seen of him, he follows the rules and helps out us staff members when he can. I've also never heard him use any major foul language and would like to see him as a trusted.

I have never seen nor heard of Derpy being abusive, nor -like I mentioned in my post- have I hard him use any foul language. I've even heard stories of him sacrificing his karma to stop some RDM'ers when there were no admins on. That along with the fact you seem to hate on anyone's application, excuse me for not believing you.
