How long have you had this position: 4 weeks

Why you deserve a promotion: Once again I'm one of the most active staff on the server and I believe I've helped out a lot with the current powers I have. There have been many occasions where my voteban has failed or a player left before receiving punishment, this is unfair on the victims and sometimes there isn't enough evidence to post a ban request. Even though the ban requests are dealt with well, with the powers of an admin I could help out in the future.

I've also fully learnt how to read the logs and I collect them almost every round along with a list of steam ids just incase.
