Well, minecraft seems like a great game to get, but is it worth the $25? Also, i heard that you need a super fast computer for minecraft, if i lag a lot in RP will i lag worse in minecraft?

And one more thing, i got my new turtle beaches, but my computer won't recognize the mic on it, so it's using my computer mic. (Which is messed up) I tried everything i could, does anyone know a solution? If so, please help!!

I brought minecraft in pre-alpha when it was less, but i still believe its worth the money, so go for that

I was able to play it just fine on a computer that could Turn itself on when playing Hl2DM. And besides, the more you lag, the higher you turn up the fog Simple, and the fog never bothered me. @seth i got minecraft, but what do you mean "turn up the fog" I was playing it today and the lag was so bad i couldn't kill anything, the spider, skeleton, zombie, spider, hell i even drowned a few times cuz of the lag.

The fog is the render distance. The higher the fog the less you could see ahead of you, and the less your computer has to load it.

Thankss any other ways to lower lagg?
