Explanation of events that led to your ban:
What ive figured out for now is that I was probably banned by an mistake.
We were roleplaying an situation where the russian mob had the warehouse area under its control, and there were multiple signs of telling that closing that area will get you shot.

Two officers approached the zone, I yelled them trough my mic not to come closer or they would get shot, we had em on gunpoint. Most of the server was in on this roleplay aswell.. As gansters or citizens, and the officers were on gunpoint.

As they still approached, I yelled at my mic to open fire and shot the s.w.a.t officer down with my Ak. 2 seconds after that I get a screen where im getting banned for 3 days and the reason was for RDM.

I contacted Mike Raza about this subject and he told me I was banned cause I shot him in the front of the Pawn shop as he didint give me gunlicence.. And at the moment of the ban occured I was standing in front of the red warehouse behind an barrier, and I just had shot the s.w.a.t officer which I think would be the admin who banned me.

I talked to Raza in steam chat, and he told me that Reegz was the one who checked the console of the killing. Well, I asked Reegz about this and he told me that he havent checked the console about anything..

At the time I got banned, I had gunlicence atleast for.. 15 minutes? And I did not ask my gunlicence from Raza at any point, as he was Chief of CP after I had my gunlicence.

SO. My point here is, Why am I banned for something that someone else did, and is this how you handle your players on the server? Ive been playing on your server over an year, and ive never experienced something like this.

At this case anyways, the point is.

As I shot him, I roleplayed the situation before it, warned him that he would get shot if he would come closer.

Well, if Simon counts this as RDMing its odd.
With my playing history at this server, I atleast try to rp, allways.

Even trough if I wouldnt rp, and shot him rdming.. wich was one single kill.. 3 days ban?

Yep!

Basically the shootout situation can be thought as a roadblock, soldiers aiming at suspected enemy approaching, who didn't stop after he was told to do so multiple times and got shot.

But BOOM, the shooter gets banned.

There was no warning, You shouted "For the russian mob" or something of the sort and shot two cops.

I yelled at you not to come any close, also there was signs about getting shot.

I am on Kohlers side here, and, its been a long time friend.

Cause I'm sure as hell not!

He was roleplaying in this instance, and the circumstances do point to an, sudden ban, that would've been justified, but due to the circumstances, he should be unbanned, as hes a great roleplayer, and did this only for roleplay reasons.

This story is kind of shady... LIKE THERE IS 2 STORY LINES which one is it

I suppose 3 day ban still stands?
