Reason for Ban: i was play Gmod then i was called by my sister in a hurry to go somewhere so when i got back i was banned

If u knew u will be out for a little longer,than u had to go like hobo or disconnect from server...

i didnt know i would even be going anywhere and i didnt have enough time to exit. i just want to be unbanned so i can play on my favorate server

lol what ? this is most lamest excuse for ban ever.
And not having enough time to press Button ESC on left up corner And then just click disconnect it dosent take more than 3 seconds...

"bind t quit" for these times where you just cant get away fast enough

Typing 'quit' in the console takes around 0,7 of the second.
