I think you ban should stay in place. You've been community banned twice in the past year (I know because you got banned about a week or two before I got into the community and I've been here for less than a year), and this ban was put in place not too long after you got unbanned the first time. I really doubt that you've had some magical change since you got banned, especially after you started trying to get people's IPs to DoS them in some sort of revenge attempt after you got banned.
