I changed the ban to a perma because you came on an alternative account, and I'm not talking about recently (Tell your friend to add me on Steam and I'll address to him why he's banned.) I'll show you the steam id's when I get home.

I remember letting your friend off with a warning when he was hacking, and I also told you directly to never hack, and you both said you understand and will never do it. Then, months later, I get reports of both you and the same friend as before hacking, which you denied. Now, what really gets me irritated is you have the audacity to go on an alternate account after I was kind enough to give you a second chance after I specifically told you not to hack, AND you took the effort into trying to avoid being caught by the admins by leaving and rejoining the server to disable your hacks.

To sum this up.. you were given the benefit of the doubt by myself, hacked anyway, got banned, and used your alternate account. With what you did there, you have proven to me that you can't be trusted anymore, and you have zero regard for server rules.
