+support, he is REQUIRED to warn you at least once, after you do that, he should've at most froze you for 5 mins, he took it way too far at a ban for 5 days. The proper punishment for EXCESSIVE; NLR, Random Demotes, etc, is 3 day ban, not 5.

And where do you come up with this random number? there is no set amount of time I have to ban someone for, each individual case is unique and requires different punishment types, please don't tell me how long I can & can't ban someone for.

Today Long Johnson has been disrespectful towards several of the staff members and users in the server, specifically towards Timothy Harper and myself calling us 10 year olds, no brains... etc. All of this including the blatant random demote was more then though for a ban. You know what you did and you need to deal with the consequences.
