What Server Were You Banned From: Serious Dark Roleplay

Who Banned You: Xhantium

Length of ban: 1 week

Reason for ban: cdm (Multiple times)

Counter-Argument: My counter argument for this ban would be that yes, I did cdm some people multiple times. The admin Xhantium then proceeded to freeze me, give me a warning. It happened one more time by accident, and then I was kicked. I decided I would be more careful when I rejoined. When I rejoined after around 5 mins of driving to bases, I accidentally hit someone, got out, and clearly said over my mic "Holy crap, I didn't mean to do that!". Then, before Xhantium banned me, I asked him multiple times in chat if he could "Listen to my counter-argument". I asked over voice chat too. There were no responses. I take full responsibility for the previous cdm's, but I state that the last 2 were only incidents. Thank you for your time in reading this ban report.

He has a point, that he should be punished, but he was kicked (punished) and then got banned for an incident after the kick. He CDM'd the admin at the time and got banned	malexpa OFFLINE Senior Boarder Posts: 48 Karma: -2
