I ment begging while not in character

OOC was mainly added because i wanted to reduce text talking seeing it can get rather confusing when 32 players talk.
But if OOC is being used for to much randomniss then it shouldnt be done.

Also to Milktree, Also SA's can set there monney , but i have told them all personally that they shouldnt do that , if they do so they will be stripped off there rank until further notice.

I havent seen any SA set there money yet either so and i dont think any of them/us will no reason to (im already rich)
