Everytime i try and play my game it comes up with

Too many verts for a dynamic vertex buffer (41055>24576) Tell a programmer to up VERTEX_BUFFER_SIZE.

I can play the game for about 3mins tops, untill it crashs

Try this, Delete every thing in, C:\Steam\steamapps\\garrysmod Then Start the game From steam, all files will be restored, cleaned from additional Addons you downloaded. Or Maps. So don't forget to back up your maps/Addons.

when you delete evrything in the Garrysmod folder do you have to reinstall it after? because im having troubles with the SMG i downloaded something and its over written it and screwed it all up XD please PM my profile because im not sure what to do

The GCFs are built to override garrysmod folders, like your SMG. Chances are, you fucked up your GCF, need a reinstall, sorry =P
