Should we upgrade the server to PC Mod v2? I have PC Mod V2 and I am unable to use the score boards or vote.

yo, to answer question fuck yes and to fix the scoreboad problem I recommend you delete the file cl_gui or w/e it is that the error pops up says. Thats what I did the serve should ad it to integrate into rp. It would be a great new addition. As we speak the Team is working on it.

I am currently testing pc mod 2 and should be in the servers shortly.

hmm will the new pcmod clear up all that crap in console? and stop the major lagouts?

yeah i really want PC mod V2 its kickass, i used it on another server and also we should get a new Character on the server called a PC teq who could set up PC's and get money. im not sure if it will stop the crash outs.
