so were gna trust someone who hasnrt even been trusted to have a toolgun to not only a great responsablility but to take care of the entire admin mod situation to me that sounds more risky than smart

I never said that non trusted players should get this.

But if someone want to get this he should get back to a standard, just as long as they are in the watcher team.

So they have nothing to do beside of playing and watching.

And they can´t react on something, so they are just allowed to say stop and see what´s going on, but they can´t do something. And that´s good. This way they can only watch, report and that from the view of a standard player.

They don´t would give their admin away forever, just for a month or a half and then somebody else get a watcher and have lose admin for a month or a half.

They have to see it through the eyes of a standard player, because standard players can´t defense themselves against the weapons of a mod or an admin.

OR you could just ask the sp's thair oppinion
or just make the watcher have the powers to demote not premote just demote
