I would call this rank \"watcher\" because they are just there to overwatch the mods and the admins, to take evidence and make votes how people think about this persons.

This rank should only be available for members with standard rank.

or you could have a trustowrthy roop of admins and ask them to do it that would be more reliable use the trustable notthe average ppl if they where trusted then they would be atleast mod by now

Today i \"only\" saw that Connor was abusing.
He ported himself through walls and he gave me 1000000 slaps with 0 damage cause i killed him. (And that was not randomly)
