What do we need? What is it the server truly need to stay alive? Something to make it feel like it is alive of course.
Every. Single. Action. In the game requires you to sit down and wait. It's the only thing we got.

Here's a list of the things you have to wait for:

- XP
- Plants
- Printers
- Drug runs
- Takeovers

Basically any way to progress on the server requires you to wait. So here it comes ladies and gentlemen.

Type of suggestion: Event

Adding in a bank with a button inside to start an event (It has been seen before). Basically you gather all the gangstars you need in order to raid the bank. Rewards have to be good. Adding items only obtainable this way can be good too.
Using the PD can be good for this too.

Supported Would be awsome man!

This sounds like takeovers whats the difference?

I'm for this idea if:

There is an NLR timer
The rewards are good but not seriously OP
If we're adding a bank why not a banker job (which we've had before)?
And maybe the guard job (MAYBE)

I think this could be a great idea for the new players who get bored which seems to become more and more of a problem.

Takeovers are not really worth it, it can be taken down by a single cop with an incinerate grenade.

Basically, just something else with live-action in order to make money, obtain items, unlockables etc.

Takeovers are really easy to rsid and you need to be friends with the whole server to win. This seems like a great idea
