What time did this occur?: (Include the day and timezone) It had been going on before I came on according to witnesses and players , but when I recorded it was between 8:37 PM Est and 8:43 PM.

Was RDMing from the rooftops and arrested Dunkey for NLR after he became cop and tried to arrest me. He broke NLR many times and even job abused afterwards.

I was on as you can see in the video. He was shooting people at spawn with the awp. Then he got deputized and starts arresting for " Breaking NLR" (no proof sorry)
