Why you deserve a promotion: I believe am an active staff member and I am pretty much always on the server to help anybody who needs it, when dealing with admin situations I show a great level of maturity and when not in staff situations I do like to mess around a bit with my friends and provide a positive atmosphere around everyone.
The powers of admin would greatly increase my ability to punish those who deserve a little more than a slay or a kick.

I do realise my actions lately in the meetings were ridiculous and I apologize for that but I have really missed having these powers for certain reasons:
I have asked current admins for the banning of players with no avail and I just believe the process is too slow with having to ask for a ban, especially when the only evidence I have is my own eyes.
Also, spectate was one of my most used powers, I used this to watch players closely who recently broke rules and I believe without this power a lot of players have gotten away with breaking rules.
