Buyable special C-4, the C-4 itself costs two(2) million$, does the same damage as Incendiary Grenade [Unwelds and Unfreezes]

Buyable Lockpick for the "Gangster" job, It costs 500,000$, The same item that the "Mob Boss" & "Locksmith" Jobs spawn with.

Not that much RP to begin with when it comes to GD's, unless you count them creating a fancy little shop in a building and when you buy a gun they thank you and such for your business.
I'd think that being able to purchase a lockpick might be a bit OP, but it sounds pretty good if the price was higher or something.Although, if regular gangsters got their hands on a lockpick it might discourage drug camping; or it might make people think again before planting in general.

I'd have to -Support this, just because the c4 spawning will ruin the gundealer job a bit and the lockpick is just op.

-Support on the C4 and +Support on the lockpick. In real life a mob boss can lock pick a little door right. But the C4 will run the gun dealer job. All you buy from them are C4's and Airstrikes sometimes a little para shipment
