I have been on the server many times, and i see prop dmers,nlr breakers, and all kinds of rule breaking.
And Moderators and Admins just standing around it.

I know all of you arent superman and cant solve everything.
But please, sometimes just STOP playing and start staffing.
People dont need to ask you for help, just get yourself involved anyway. There needs to be some order created.

And also i get on , and there are tons of people saying \"Zok come help here , Zok come to me , Zok somebody is breaking NLR , Zok somebody is random dming , Zok one of your admins is i think abusing , Zok is this allowed , Zok help me with this\"

I dont mind helping people but im not made for this.
I didnt give you staff rank for nothing,so from now on if somebody asks me something (if its within your current rank ability) take it over from me, just offer your help to this person so i dont have to. So people get used to the fact of asking for help from Mods and Admins instead of the Server Owner all the time.

Most of you are of course doing your job i know , but get more involved. Because last time i went on the server it was a mess and it happend before.

Now i hope making this thread and asking you in a kind way, to guide you on the way how to be better staff members.

And also this thread is not made for everyone. And dont take this as a bad thing i just want staff members do more staffing because currently they do it way to less.

And also on a final note to all Standard Players/Members/Respected Members.
If one of my staff members is abusing dont come up to me with \"Hey zok he is abusing\" , words dont help me one thing.
I cant base a demotion on people just saying it.
So in the future please make proof and do a REPORT on the forums. thank you.

PS: I also saw this btw so might i add , breaking a rule as a staff member is twice as bad as a standard player doing it.

I certainly do this this will inspire action form mods/admins etc. as i myself am a little guilty of neglecting my job as a mod at time because i am to busy rping, which in itself isnt to bad but i understand that i and the others should act more on a situation. Hopefully this will make the server a more \"sane\" place than it is sometimes, it can get a bit wild around 9 ish lol. I shall certainly act on this.

Zok it might help if there was a way to get the rank list in the server. Maby like on the motd have a couple things like a wiki entry you click rules it scrolls to rules you click admins it brings you down to the ranks and so on. Might help people alot and make an advertisement telling how to access it like for a list of admins type motd in consol or something.

So the players know who to turn to if there online
