What you'll need to fill it out is proof of the players steam ID (a picture would be perfect), and proof of them player RDMing.

If you can't get both of these things, I'm afraid this ban request is denied.

You dont need to state "by partygod" im sure people don't wonder at night when people make posts.

Same as when people sign a post wih their name. Theres no point
