How long Have i had this position: For about 5 or 4 months

Why do i deserve a promotion: I enforce rules and warn and punish those who do not follow on thees rules. If I become Operator I will be able to do more to stop these rule breakers, trolls, and straight up bully's towards small children. Our server is meant for kids and teens of all ages, race, Religion, and Gender. Sure I've made some mistakes in the past but i corrected them and stopped them for plans for our new future. Now i leave the choice to the people who read this to make me operator or to stay as trusted. (P.S If i spelled some words wrong and grammar isn't here, I'm still learning how to write English.)

You are not on that much, and when you are you never seem to use your powers. I have already heard you complain that other staff beat you to it, but you could say something like, "Can I handle the next one?" You also made a remark about you were going to leave FP if you did not get the promo this time. That's not a great attitude. As a staff member, your goal is to better the experience for others with the powers that you are given and if you don't get new ones, just keep doing your best to help out with the ones you have.
