What is your position: operator

How long have you had this position: one month

Why you: I would like the privileges of an admin position because every time there is a rdmers I always have to kick him then kick him again while he keeps on rejoining. My time zone are conpletly different then other staff so I am in the morning checking if the server is clean and stable. It would be very easy to ban the person in game then trying to make a ban request on the forums while the player still Rdm's. I also have to wait a long time till a admin or SA sees the ban request. I am always keeping the server friendly to the bet of my ability and keeping the server clean at all times.
