How long have you had this position: 4/5 months

Why you: I have been asking for peoples opinions on how i could improve, they said its the little things mostly, I have tried my very hardest to stop the things i am doing wrong, and improve the things that i maybe don't do, or do a lot. I enforce and follow the rules and punish all who break them, and turn them into decent respectable players. I have kept trying throughout 3/4 attempts at super admin... at which i failed and was and/or bested in some criteria of performance. It would mean the world to me if I could get this. I even remember the time before I was trusted on No.1 jail and I said I hope I get trusted maybe even one day I can make it to admin, little did I know that in only 3 months of hard work I was to get that position, Super admin is the last hurdle for me, I would love to be able to give out powers to new trusted, operators and admins.

I really hope i can get feedback off my superiors.
I also hope my fellow staff members could to.
