Why You?: I would like to make this community more enjoyable with less minges n stuff I would like to get this oly because I want to make people have fun because whenever a staff member leaves that's when minges strike and I would like to stop them. All I really wanna do is make it more enjoyable. I have also been an admin on a darkRP server then I resigned so I am a little experienced as an admin.

Neutral - You didnt say you needed to state why your NEUTRAL, so yea. I think you need to enforce the rules more often. I personally only seen you try to enforce rules 2 times.
