People (I) tend to ninja jump from the sniper ledge onto the armory ledge.

The prop-climbing rule is for areas that are "never" accessible unless you use a prop. Think of areas that could potentially be used to get unintended parts of the map. The guard tower is accessible at times, so it's alright.

Well since you can jump from the boxes to the armory I think it wouldn't matter no more....

Type of Suggestion: Spawn limit. Details: As a guard, one of the items you can spawn is a wooden crate. I'd like to suggest lowering the spawn limit of the boxes from 16 down to something a bit more reasonable... 6, perhaps. Or maybe 8, if you feel 6 is a bit too low?
