The Jail break server probably needs this list:
Fix Bugged Spec
Fix Lockpick SWep(crowbar?)
Typing chat Symbol
typing chat auto spam protect
active patrols to contact admins
and also mic limits. Also the game in order to have fun is hidden lock picks and a fist weapon tool
