While the screenshot does show Mikey achieving multiple kills. It doesn't show what the current orders were. It could be possible that they were either disobeying orders or in the vents/ armory. Well, I can remember that the wardens orders where: "FreeKill all the prisoners.".
And guess what, the warden was Mikey123456 himself.
We told him multiple times that freekilling is against the rules and we pointed him to rule #6 ,CTs may not harm/kill Ts without reason, but he wouldn't listen.
