black eagle has been propminging, propkilling and prop surfing ALL EVENING,
and he managed to crash the server twice. BAN HIM PLZ!!

Actually, this was a ban request on me... but I showed significant proof that made his 'ban request' to a letter. So I changed my proof to the letter after E. Yes, get this guy banned.
