Reason for ban: Prop block
Why you think that player should be banned: I decided to take a brief visit to the gun-dealer so I could buy some weapons. When I arrived there, I noticed that the entire entrance of the pawn shop was boarded up with props. I threatened the blocker that I will make a request to have him banned if he does not remove the props. He did not reply, and momentarily Simon (admin) arrived at the area and then brought the blocker to him. He then told the blocker that he will be banned if he does not remove the props, but in response, the blocker signed off to avoid the ban. Luckily, I took screenshots and retrieved his Steam ID beforehand for I had a feeling this would happen.
