I would like this user banned for hacking, Me and another player were building a base ect and
Evan Noctis also known as John Harth and Thomas Ryd3r, came over to use and changed instently into a Civil Protection Officer with out casting a vote. I have a screen cap from console of him admiting that he hacked to get it he also mentions that he makes his own hacks .

As far as i know, He can't get vac-banned because this is thirdplugin game.

And he's on my wanted list now

Yes, but far as i know VAC will not ban from thirdplugins. And I also know that there is alot of hack's coded in .lua

Edit: And what comes to .dll files. They can be used as serverside addons.

And it is not true that you get vac banned from .dll files.
