Seeing 90% of us toss around that exact phrase like its nothing, and say that exact word with the ER ending.

And seeing that the word "n****" is not associated with racism unlike the word "Ni**er".

I feel nothing is wrong with this because the word "nigga" is simply a slang term that african americans use to refer to their african american friends, along with many other races use that exact term to refer to their friends.

Can't really call racism when white people say it to their white friends, and african americans say it to their friends aswell.

Let me use Chad Warden for example, as we all know Chad is white as hell. But Chad also refers to his friends as "n***a" quite frequently, though most of us are white. None of us stand there and point fingers and say "WOW RACIST" , because that'd be silly.

In my opinion it would be unfair to demote taco as an individual staff member. First of all he is not the only staff member who has done this. Secondly if this continues we mine as well be stricter about this especially in the guide lines, it seems as there are people getting away with this, and some like taco who are viewed as bad staff members which leads to things like this. You never see a demote request done on a well known and liked staff member, or you never see a demote request made against a friend, this is why it is unfair. I am not saying because taco is not "well liked" or "well known" he shouldn't be requested for demote but I believe he should be reprimanded once more and we should all consider being more severe when dealing with any rascism or offensive behavior from staff members, rather then just demoting Senor.

On all the demote requests I've seen everybody says the exact same thing but worded differently:

"Oh everyone else does it and they don't get punished for it, so we shouldn't punish them either."

Two wrongs don't make a right.

I actually don't give a crap about this. It's his second warning, but i find these demote/warn threads very annoying. You can just message a superadmin and they could have a talk with taco.

No demote is needed here.
