This is a community ban request on: Whipbone, and depyhooves aka abwort

Evidence:

Both of these individuals post unnecessary content on these forums.

Whipbone: Makes pointless topics, Goes offtopic on alot of threads, Bumps old theads(He has done that alot) but also states he's leaving fp everytime and makes his own community, This has happend twice now. I don't think he deserves to play on the fp servers and forums since he always breaks the rules/tou and never learns of his mistakes.

Derpyhooves: Same as whipbone, Makes pointless topics, Goes offtopic on alot of threads. Posting MLP content which he himself makes people hate him.

Making a alternate account on the forums - www.friendlyplayers.com/index.php?option...13611&Itemid=438 which is againt's the tou. Why would he need to make a alt accout? my idea is to repair his lost reputation( He failed since people knew it was him)

Whipbone

This user has been community banned before, but he hasen't changed atall.

Pointless topic - www.friendlyplayers.com/index.php?option...07292&Itemid=426 It's about asking him why he's community banned, this thread contains alot of content that's againts the Terms Of Service.

An example of him going offtopic

Him apologising after rulebreaking - www.friendlyplayers.com/index.php?option...mp;Itemid=426#206368 alot of hogwash posted by whipbone. his excuse for minging on the server is "I just can't help it, i have a urge to minge" that means he's aware of the rules, but still breaks them.

Please consider this community ban request on these two users, People are getting tired of their stuff that's why i'm posting this.

I wouldn't mind reconsidering a community ban on Whipbone, but what Derpyhooves has done does not qualify for a community ban in any way.

Gotta +support on whip indefinitely, not on derpy,
however Derpy's reply is quite mingy and it makes him look like a troll, however the reason behind a community ban for that is quite silly.
