I was just driving and I stopped to walk around then I was stabbed by a kid who has been rude all day claiming he is allowed to break rules because he is rich or something.

What did this player do?: Claims he is allowed to break rules by admitting to raid as citizen and RDM

What time did this occur?: (Include the day and timezone) UTC +10:00 - 15/02/14

If you don't ban him that is okay but at least give him some kind of warning about this. A ban would be appreciated.

classic.. Never mention what they do. He clearly doesn't know the difference between playing around & being serious. Oh well, Guess I´ll take the ban. and I never said I´m allowed to break rules. I was gangster then he demoted me during the raid, Don't think that counts, since I already had planted the c4. but then again, I diden't record any of it. . There is only playing around at friendly events with people you know. This is serious since you random deathmatched and tried to make excuses for it.

That doesn't excuse anything. You still rdmed and were an outright dick to him. You used language towards him that was totally unneeded and outright rude and disrespectful.
