i was playing on darkRP and i did a tk and when xhatanium placed c4 (as he always does) on it i tazed him and started to defuse it, in the middle of defuse he froze me and slayed me and didnt give me a chance to explain myself, he kicked me for random taze.• "Give at least one warning to a player before punishing them". the rules clearly state that a member of staff should give atleast 1 warning to a players before being punished, in this case xhatanium has not followed the rules and went against the rules, they should be enforcing.• "Do not use any power towards your own advantage. Examples of this are: Spawning yourself weapons for your own use, or freezing players who are raiding you." although it wasnt a raid, xhatanium denied me rights to defend my tk as he froze me and slayed me before i could defuse the c4."• Do not enforce any kind of rules that are not listed in this rule list." Tazing during a tk isnt stated in the rules therefore punishing me unfairly and abusively and i think he froze me and slayed me because he was fustrated. if you are not allowed to taze while defending your tk it needs to be more clear within the rules.
After i was kicked i asked to talk to xhatanium about the kick and to understand why he did kick me, but he ignored my pms and messages that clearly show up and make a noise, this shows to me that he was purpously ignoring me, maybe because he knew his wrong doing.
i do hope this issue can be ressolved i dont want him demoted i just want him to learn from his mistakes and maybe become a better more responsable mod/admin
