Now then. Here's how I see it. There's 2 ways this could go.
The first way is that Goymus didn't shoot, in which case it wasn't wrong to slay you. You then complained. Now don't take this as me not trusting you, I'm just stating a possibility.
The second, which seems to be the story you're telling. If Goymus did indeed shoot around you, there is this here.
INVALID GROUNDS TO SHOOT SOMEONE:
-He has fired his weapon at the floor or wall damaging no one. (If someone shoots his weapon near / at you you can shoot back if you feel they are trying to kill you.)
If that had happened, you have to look at it from their point of view as well. They only had the logs to look at, and of coarse you'd defend yourself. Personally, if this was your first problem, and you had been on the server for a while, I would have trusted you and wouldn't have slain you. However, you do also have to consider another rule.
8. Be forgiving. People make mistakes.
It was a mere mis-slay in the end if you are telling the truth. You then started to fight them back, and by the looks of it, you haven't stopped. Also, regarding the insult. It's impossible to tell if he was actually paying attention. Many people often tab out or get up to do something once they die.
So all in all, since there is no evidence of T-baiting, the slay is understandable, as is the mute when you proceeded to fight back. If there was T-baiting, then I'm sorry you lost a round, but it was only 1 round, and it's only a game.
