What did the Staff Member(s) do?:He has been disrespectful to players,Admins and owners. He has said stuff that should not have been said and has treated everyone as if he is better than them. He also holds grudges on players at times.

I've never done anything to him nor even speak to him that much yet I'm his least favorite staff for some reason? And I've seen him do some bashing to people in-game(also good evidence).

Neutral. Seems like he's just joking around, I would take all of this with a grain of salt, as should all of you. That being said, there are times when jokes can go too far and he's borderline of going too far.

Not only that, it seems like you guys are letting your own personal judgement determine your decision (looking at you shrek

). If you guys are getting rilled up from this then I can't even imagine what would happen if someone said something worse. A warning at most is what I think he deserves. A slap on the wrist to let him realize his "place" persay. But a demotion is a bit far fetched.
