What did the Staff Member(s) do?: (this will be put into two parts.)
Jose can not handle player's disputes, and returns in a flaming, hostile manner, nor is he experienced in HL2RP enough to become an admin, seeing as he can't quite grasp the concepts and what happens, more or less. I request that he is demoted back to user.
Zack continuously spawns items and such for players, even though he needs an IC reason to do so. He died on one character and instantly made a new character, giving him the flags to spawn items and give them out to other problems. He does not have a way to gain these items, such is the term called 'asspawning'. I request he is either fully demoted or demoted to such a rank that he can not give himself flags to do this, and that he be watched until he regains the ability to do so.

-Support, There is no evidence at all of any of this. For all we know this was made up. I would like to believe that this wasn't made up. But since you and have any proof of this happening, we can't do anything at all.

Funny cause I was in a similar situation with you henry except you were the minge with the gun and killed me for no RP reason (minge killed me) then proceeded to say that this was a P2L server when it obviously was a roll server. I got screenshots to back me up also. So maybe you should stop being so hypocritical. NOT TRYING TO START A FLAME WAR!! It's just odd how I was in the same situation he was and he took his side now here he is again taking his own side when a similar situation happens to him. I'm not one to start fights but if your going to argue with an admin and higher ups that made the server and wrote the rules then come in there like you own the server and your the best Rper in the world then thats a problem.
